Greate Bay is sponsoring two events: Squash and Tennis Drill Practice

Activity:  Squash

Audience: Ages 8 to 80

Fitness Level:  Average

Description: Squash is for everyone. Works on your hand-eye coordination, footwork and endurance. Anyone can come and play whether you never picked up a racquet or have been playing for years. All equipment is provided.

Come have some fun and fitness on the squash court! A lifetime sport for everyone!

Times:

– Monday and Wednesday, November 16 and 18,  6 p.m. – 7 p.m.

– Friday November 20t     3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Activity :  Tennis Drill Workout

Audience (Age range, fitness level) Age: 17-80

Fitness Level:  Average

Description:  Should have some basic tennis ability.  Intermediate – Advanced Level

This will be a cardio tennis workout with tennis drills to enhance tennis skills!  Drills will be fast paced with the emphasis on cardio and not skill!  Pre-registration is required!
